Lauren Robertson is an associate in Latham & Watkins’ Securities & M&A Litigation Practice. She represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions in high-stakes securities and transactional disputes.
Lauren’s practice encompasses post‑closing M&A litigation — such as earn-out, working capital, purchase price adjustment, and breach of representations and warranties claims — as well as securities class actions, D&O claims, and director-and-officer fiduciary disputes.
While in law school, Lauren has externed for the Honorable Joel Hoppe of the US District Court for the Western District of Virginia. She additionally served as the editor-in-chief of the Washington and Lee Law Review, a legal writing Burks Scholar, a Kirgis Fellow, and a class representative for the Student Library Advisory Council. She also worked as a research assistant for Professors Brandon Hasbrouck and Johanna Bond.
