Lauren McBrearty is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Lauren represents clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes, in both the litigation and arbitration contexts. Lauren has worked with clients from multiple industries, including media and communications, technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and retail and consumer products. In addition, Lauren maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Latham, Lauren interned at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. While in law school, Lauren was a quarterfinalist in the Langfan First-Year Moot Court Competition, volunteered with Cornell University’s Center on the Death Penalty Worldwide, and authored a note in Volume 55, Issue 1 of the Cornell International Law Journal.
