Lauren Cahill is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins. She is a member of the Litigation and Trial Department, specializing in white collar defense and investigations.

Lauren advises clients on allegations of healthcare fraud and abuse, as well as internal investigations, government investigations, self-disclosures, and litigation arising under the False Claims Act, Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark Law.

Prior to law school, Lauren worked in education as a high school and elementary teacher.

While in law school, Lauren served as a judicial extern for Judge Janis L. Sammartino of the US District Court for the Southern District of California and Judge Larry A. Burns of the US District Court for the Southern District of California. Lauren also served as the executive comments editor of the San Diego Law Review.
