Laureen Trachez is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Structured Finance Practice. She advises investors on significant risk transfer (SRT) and synthetic securitization transactions.
Laureen represents asset managers, pension funds, and other institutional investors on SRT and synthetic securitization transactions across a broad range of asset classes and jurisdictions, acting on transactions originated by leading international banks. Her experience includes advising investors on inaugural SRT transactions for bank originators, as well as on repeat issuances and tap transactions across a range of synthetic securitization programs.
Prior to joining Latham, Laureen was an associate in the London office of a global law firm.
