Emily Yin is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Emily represents banks, underwriters, placement agents, sponsors, issuers, borrowers, lenders, funds, and other financial institutions on transactions involving asset-backed securities, repurchase facilities, warehouse facilities, and revolving credit facilities.
She advises clients on a variety of transactions within traditional and esoteric asset-backed securities, including data centers, transportation assets, and a variety of receivables deals.
While in law school, Emily served as a staff editor for the Georgetown Law Technology Review and as an LLM advisor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law. She also served as a legal extern in the legal department of the International Monetary Fund.
