Kristin Tesi is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Kristin is a member of the Finance Department and the Banking Practice. She represents investment and commercial banks, direct lenders, lead arrangers, and other financial institutions in leveraged finance transactions. This includes cross-border transactions, asset backed lending, and acquisition financings.
Prior to joining Latham, Kristin was an associate at another major international law firm, where she focused on representing direct lenders, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and other financial institutions in complex acquisition financings.
Kristin has also spent time on secondment to Blackstone Credit.
