Kristian Alexis Perez is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Kristian represents clients in a broad range of matters including complex commercial, intellectual property, antitrust, and securities litigation.
She also maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently representing victims of domestic violence in partnership with Sanctuary for Families, migrants seeking asylum at the southern border, and children seeking special immigrant juvenile status in partnership with The Door and Kids in Need of Defense.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Kristian was a summer associate in the New York office and served as a legal intern for The Legal Aid Society.
While attending Cornell Law School, Kristian served as an editor for the Cornell Law Review and as vice president of Cornell Law School’s Latin American Law Student Association. She also participated in the Farmworker Legal Assistance Clinic, where she successfully represented individuals in various immigration matters. Kristian completed her time in law school as a participant in New York’s Pro Bono Scholars Program.
Prior to law school, Kristian earned her BA in psychology and forensic science from Syracuse University.
