Kristen Vredeveld is an associate in the Corporate Department in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Kristen advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions in connection with debt and equity offerings.

Prior to joining the firm, Kristen completed her legal studies at Boston University Law School, where she graduated cum laude and served as a member of the editorial board on the Boston University International Law Journal. 

Kristen maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum in partnership with Sanctuary for Families and Immigration Equality.

She is a member of the Women’s Lawyers Group and the LGBTQ+ Lawyers Group.

Kristen’s experience includes advising:

  • A leading building materials company on their private placement of €319 million guaranteed senior notes due 2029
  • The purchasers in connection with the private placement of €750 million notes due 2028, by TIM S.p.A.
