Sean Lyuk is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Sean represents public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic investors in complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, carve-outs and divestitures, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Sean maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising not for profit organizations on entity formation and governance, and representing individuals seeking special immigrant visas.
