Kiuree Kim is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Kiuree advises public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic investors on a variety of complex transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

She advises clients across a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, infrastructure, and consumer and retail.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Kiuree worked in the corporate M&A team of a leading global law firm in London, United Kingdom and spent time on a secondment at a global payments technology company, where she advised on commercial and regulatory matters.
