Kirsty Lee is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice.
Kirsty represents sponsors, corporate borrowers, financial institutions, and private credit funds across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on complex cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings, bridge financings, refinancings, restructuring, and other secured lending transactions.
Prior to joining Latham, Kirsty trained and qualified at a leading international law firm. During this time, she completed a secondment at a prominent UK-based private equity firm, focusing on ESG.
