Kirsten works to promote diversity in the legal community. She currently serves as a member of Latham's Diversity Leadership Committee and as the Diversity Subcommittee Co-Chair for the American Bar Association’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Section, and previously served on the board of the California Minority Counsel Program’s Annual Business Conference.
