Kimon Triantafyllou is a Litigation & Trial associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Kimon represents clients in antitrust and complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across a wide range of industries, including aviation, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and insurance. His experience includes claims of monopolization, information-sharing, price-fixing, and other restraints of trade, from the initial filing of a complaint through discovery, dispositive motions, and trial. He also helps clients obtain regulatory approval of mergers and acquisitions and other transactions from competition authorities in the United States.
Kimon maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Latham, Kimon clerked for Judge G. Michael Harvey of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. During law school, he served as a Managing Editor of The University of Chicago Law Review.
