Kevin Smith is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Smith earned his JD from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. During law school, Mr. Smith served as a legal intern for the Department of Justice Office of Legal Policy and a judicial extern for Judge Brian M. Cogan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Prior to law school, Mr. Smith was a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army, serving in the 25th Infantry Division and on the staff at the United States Army Pacific Command.
