Kernisha Padilla supports the firm with respect to interpreting rules of ethics and professional conduct, as well as identifying and resolving ethical conflicts and business conflicts of interest.
Before joining Latham’s Office of the General Counsel, Ms. Padilla worked as a conflicts attorney at another international law firm and as managing partner of a boutique law firm. She actively participates in the American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.
