Kelsey Mraz is a litigation and trial associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.
Kelsey represents clients in a range of intellectual property disputes.
She previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sarah A. L. Merriam at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Kelsey received her JD with highest honors from The University of Texas School of Law. While attending law school, she served as the Chief Notes Editor for the Texas Law Review, an Articles Editor for the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal, a Teaching Quizmaster for the legal writing program, and a member of the Supreme Court Clinic.
Prior to law school, Kelsey taught high school biology through Teach for America in Dallas, Texas.
