Jovi Cheng is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Ms. Cheng advises clients on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including capital markets in particular, initial public offerings, placing, M&A, and general compliance matters of Hong Kong-listed companies.
