Kaya Agustin

Kaya Agustin is a Litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Kaya received her JD from the UCLA School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Chicanx-Latinx Law Review and was an active member of the Latinx Law Student Association. During law school, Kaya externed at the US Central District Court of California and the Civil Rights Enforcement Section of the California Attorney General’s Office.Prior to joining Latham, Kaya worked as a summer associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office and as a civil litigation paralegal.
