Katie Rosen is a knowledge management lawyer for the Capital Markets Practice of Latham & Watkins and is based in the London office.
Prior to joining the firm’s knowledge management team, Ms. Rosen was an associate in Latham's Corporate Department in London, with a focus on international capital markets transactions and securities regulation. Her practice included representing companies, investment banks, and private equity firms in public and private offerings of debt securities, acquisition financings, and liability management transactions, with a particular emphasis on issuances of high yield debt securities.
