Katie Laura Raya

Katie Raya is a corporate associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins.

Katie maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum and nonprofit organizations in partnership with Casa Cornelia and Public Counsel.

Prior to joining Latham, Katie earned a JD and MA in Bioethics & Science Policy, with a concentration in Tech Ethics & Policy, from Duke University. While in law school, Katie served as the President of the Latin American Law Students Association and Executive Articles Editor on the Alaska Law Review.
