Kathryn (Kate) Bell

Kate Bell is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice.

Kate represents financial institutions in leveraged financings transactions, including acquisition financings and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Kate was an associate at another major financial law firm, where she focused primarily on representing financial institutions as well as borrowers and issuers in complex acquisition financings.
