Kathleen Mehary is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Mehary represents both issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of public and private financing transactions, including initial public offerings, equity offerings, investment grade and high-yield offerings, and tender offers. She also represents companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance issues, Exchange Act reporting obligations, and stock exchange rules and requirements.

She advises clients on a variety of transactions within various types of industries, including healthcare, biotechnology, and life sciences.

Ms. Mehary was previously seconded to Morgan Stanley, where she advised on a broad array of equity, equity-linked, and high yield debt capital markets transactions.

Ms. Mehary’s experience includes advising:

  • Wallbox in its acquisition of AR Electronics Solutions, a Spain-based manufacturer of electronic components
  • The underwriters in the HireRight initial public offering listed on the NYSE
  • The underwriters in the IO Biotech initial public offering listed on Nasdaq
  • The underwriters in the Sweetgreen initial public offering listed on NYSE
  • L Catterton Partners in its GP stakes sale to Hunter Point Capital
  • The Carlyle Group in its term loans and revolving credit facility in connection with Greenbrier Equity Group, L.P.’s acquisition of Wineshipping.com, LLC
  • The underwriters in the Booz Allen Hamilton senior notes offering
