Katherine Lee supports the firm with respect to interpreting rules of ethics and professional conduct, as well as identifying and resolving ethical conflicts and business conflicts of interest.
Prior to joining Latham’s Office of the General Counsel, Ms. Lee worked as a conflicts attorney at another international law firm.
