Katharine Peña manages the firm’s conflicts attorney team and supports the firm with respect to interpreting rules of ethics and professional conduct, as well as identifying and resolving ethical conflicts and business conflicts of interest.
Before joining Latham’s Office of the General Counsel, Ms. Peña worked as a conflicts attorney at another international law firm.
