Katharina Steinbrück is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Düsseldorf office.
Ms. Steinbrück advises German and international companies and financial investors on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions as well as on general corporate law.
She studied law at King’s College London and Humboldt University in Berlin. She also holds a doctorate from Humboldt University in Berlin with a thesis on the future of EU consumer law in the UK after Brexit.
Before joining Latham, she worked as a research assistant in the corporate/M&A department of a major law firm in Düsseldorf and gained further experience as a legal trainee at the EFTA Court in Luxembourg.
