Karen Song is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.
Ms. Song advises public and private companies, including private equity firms, strategic investors, and financial institutions, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Song’s practice also included representing issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions and advising public companies on an ongoing basis with respect to the review and preparation of SEC filings, corporate governance matters, and interactions with security holders and stock exchanges.
