Kan Ni is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Kan was a summer associate in the New York office. Kan also has experience as a corporate associate in the Tokyo office of another leading international law firm.

Kan received his JD from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar and a recipient of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize. While at Columbia, Kan interned for the honorable Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and externed for the honorable John P. Cronan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Kan also served as an articles editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law.
