Kaleb Underwood helps defend clients from complex antitrust litigation brought in courts across the country.
Kaleb represents clients facing large class actions as well as business-to-business actions across a broad range of antitrust claims, including:

Kaleb has worked on some of the largest antitrust actions currently before US courts, as well as fast-paced litigation for clients facing enterprise level threats. He’s been involved in all phases of antitrust litigation, from motions to dismiss through trial.
In addition to his civil litigation work, he has also advised clients being investigated by US government enforcers. Additionally, he has represented companies in antitrust reviews of mergers and acquisitions.
Kaleb's experience spans a number of industries, including sports (teams and merchandise), healthcare, commodities, digital solutions, and private equity.
While in law school, Kaleb was a member of the Fordham Law Review. He also was a member of the Maria L. Marcus National Moot Court Team that finished as a National Semifinalist and as Regional Champion at the 73rd Annual National Moot Court Competition hosted by the New York City Bar Association.
Prior to attending law school, Kaleb was a high school chemistry teacher.
