Kailen Malloy is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Malloy represents public and private companies in antitrust and environmental litigation. 

While in law school, Ms. Malloy was a research editor on the Duke Law Journal and teaching assistant for Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing. She also interned at the California State Water Board’s Office of General Counsel and served as Pro Bono Chair of the Environmental Law Society. 

Ms. Malloy holds a BA from Duke University.
