Kacper Coulter is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.
While in law school, Mr. Coulter was a member of the Duke Startup Ventures Clinic and a participant in the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Student Honors Program with the Division of Corporation Finance. Mr. Coulter served as an executive editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law and as president of the Duke European Law Society.
Before law school, Mr. Coulter worked at a higher education research and technology firm where he advised university leaders on matters including program development and organizational strategy.
