Justine is a corporate associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.
She advises clients on corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings.
Justine maintains an active pro bono practice, representing refugees in partnership with the International Refugee Assistance Project and surviviors of gender-based violence in partnership with Sanctuary for Families in NY and the Domestic Abuse Response Alliance in London.
Prior to joining Latham, Justine received her law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law, where she was an associate editor for the California Law Review, the managing editor for the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice, and a co-founder of the Family Defense Project. While in law school, Justine earned certificates in Public Interest & Social Justice, International Law, and Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.
Prior to law school, Justine earned her bachelor’s degree in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity from Stanford University and her master’s degree in Gender from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
