Julie Van der Meersche is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department.

Julie has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and corporate borrowers across a broad range of cross-border debt finance transactions at every level of the capital structure.

  • PAI Partners on the LBO financing for the acquisition of Koninklijke Wessanen, a leading healthy and sustainable food company
