Julia Scheetz provides legal guidance to the firm regarding all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring, promotions, compensation, performance management, employee relations, accommodations, leaves of absence, policies, and trainings. She is a legal advisor to many firm functions, including global and local HR, recruiting, global benefits, information governance, contract review, directors of administration, and other managers. Additionally, Ms. Scheetz oversees the firm’s employment compliance function.
Before joining Latham, Ms. Scheetz was labor & employment counsel at a luxury retailer in New York City. She began her career as a litigation associate at a national firm.
