Josie Levick is an associate in the Corporate Department of the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Josie advises private equity clients, founders, and portfolio companies on domestic and cross-border transactions involving acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and restructurings, as well as ongoing portfolio management and corporate advisory matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Josie was an associate in the private equity team of an international law firm in London and Dubai, and has completed a secondment at a key private equity client.
