Josh Cohen is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Josh advises on a broad range of M&A and private capital transactions, with a particular focus on the technology, media, and sports sectors. Josh’s clients include public and private corporates, private capital investors, and sovereign wealth funds.

Prior to joining Latham, Josh practiced at another international law firm, where he completed a secondment at Goldman Sachs.
