Joseph Sung is an associate at Latham & Watkins. Mr. Sung joined the firm in 2016 after graduating from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as an executive senior editor of the Southern California Law Review and received the James G. Holbrook Award. While in law school, Mr. Sung was also a member of the USC Small Business Clinic, where he advised clients on entity selection, formation, governance and ongoing compliance.

Mr. Sung is the author of “Redressing the Legal Stigmatization of American Samoans,” published in Volume 89, Issue 6 of the Southern California Law Review.
