Joseph Donoso is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Joseph graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School. While in law school, he was an executive editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. For this work, Joseph was awarded the Cornelius J. Moynihan Award for Outstanding Editorial Work on Publications. He also served as a student attorney in the Project Entrepreneur clinic, advising his client on various legal issues founders may encounter when forming a business.

Prior to joining Latham, Joseph worked as a summer legal intern for miR Scientific, a medical device startup. There, he assisted in various commercialization and compliance workstreams.

Prior to law school, Joseph worked for Latham as an attorney support assistant on the Firm Associate Support Team.
