Jordyn advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, along with other private and public companies, in complex strategic transactions across a variety of industries.
Jordyn received her JD from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif and was awarded the Arthur Manella Prize for earning the highest cumulative GPA in her 1L class. She also served as Executive Editor of the Business Law Digest and as a teaching assistant for Contracts and Property.
