Jordan Pino is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

Jordan focuses his practice on high-stakes civil litigation and government investigations. He represents clients in state and federal courts and before a variety of regulators, including the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). His clients have included individuals, financial institutions, and private and public companies in a range of industries and geographies. Jordan also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in civil rights matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Jordan clerked for Chief Judge Renée Marie Bumb of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. During law school, Jordan was an executive editor of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy, and he worked on legal policy as an intern in the Office of the General Counsel for the SEC. He also served as a judicial intern for Judge Roy B. Dalton, Jr. of the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
