Jordan McGee supports Latham offices with respect to interpreting ethics and professional conduct rules, as well as identifying and resolving ethical and business conflicts of interest.
Prior to joining Latham’s Office of the General Counsel, Ms. McGee was a senior conflicts attorney at another international law firm. Before that, she served as a judicial law clerk for two judges on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
