Jordan Jean structures, negotiates, and advises on all aspects of fund formation, guiding sponsors and investors through complex fund formation, operations, and compliance. 

Jordan advises clients on the complexities of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on fund formation and investment funds. His practice includes guiding fund sponsors and investors on the structuring, negotiation, and operations of private investment funds, as well as addressing ongoing compliance matters. Jordan also handles a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial contracts, and real estate investment trusts (REITs). He has extensive experience representing startups, emerging growth companies, and later-stage businesses across various industries, as well as community development entities in Federal New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Jordan worked as an associate at another AM Law 100 firm. He is actively involved in his community and serves on the boards of various nonprofit organizations.
