Jordan Hughes is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Hughes represents clients engaged in complex litigation in trial and appellate courts with a focus on antitrust matters. He advises clients within a wide range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, media, and sports and entertainment, among others.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Hughes served as a law clerk to Judge Christine P. O’Hearn of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey, and, before law school, as a Paralegal Specialist in the US Department of Justice's Antitrust Division.

Mr. Hughes received his JD, cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the American Criminal Law Review. While in law school, he also worked as a research assistant to Prof. Michael Dreeben, served as a Law Fellow for the Legal Research & Writing Program, and competed as a member of the trial advocacy team.
