Jordan Hughes is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Jordan represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, with a focus on administrative law, antitrust, and appellate issues. He advises clients within a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, and sports and entertainment, among others.
Jordan returned to Latham after serving as a law clerk to Judge Patty Shwartz of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also previously served as a law clerk to Judge Christine P. O’Hearn of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey, and, before law school, as a Paralegal Specialist in the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.
Jordan graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as editor-in-chief of the American Criminal Law Review. While in law school, he also worked as a research assistant to Professor Michael Dreeben, served as a Law Fellow for the Legal Research & Writing Program, and competed as a member of the trial advocacy team.
