Jonathan Kow is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Kow represents public and private companies as well as private equity funds on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic acquisitions.

Mr. Kow maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes advising not-for-profit organizations on entity formation, representing individuals seeking asylum, representing transgender individuals seeking a name change, and corporate governance matters.
