Jonathan Kow is a corporate associate in the Hong Kong office of Latham & Watkins.

Jonathan represents public and private companies as well as private equity funds on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining the Hong Kong office, Jonathan was practicing in the New York office.

Jonathan maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes advising not-for-profit organizations on corporate governance and representing individuals seeking asylum.
