Jon Wakelin

Jon Wakelin is corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice.

Jon advises public and private companies, as well as private equity funds in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and general corporate matters. 

Jon advises clients on a variety of transactions within the life sciences, technology, and energy industries, among others.
