Joseph A. Riposta

Joe Riposta is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Joe advises asset manager clients on all aspects of the formation and operation of private investment funds, including bringing to market a variety of private equity funds, infrastructure funds, credit funds, distressed funds and co-investment funds.

Prior to joining Latham, Joe was an associate in the New York office of another global law firm.

While attending New York University School of Law, Joe served as an Executive Editor of The New York University Law Review, and was a dual-degree JD/MBA student with NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Before beginning his legal career, Joe was a financial analyst in the New York office of Goldman Sachs & Co.
