Joanne Amos

Joanne Amos is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Joanne’s practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters.

Prior to qualification, Joanne trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in corporate and banking, as well as completing a client secondment at Goldman Sachs and an international secondment to the firm’s Dubai office.
