Joann Kim is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.
Joann advises corporate issuers, investment banks, and private equity funds on a broad range of international capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities.
Prior to joining Latham, Joann practiced law in the New York office of a leading international law firm.
