Jing Wang is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Jing represents clients in corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings.

Prior to joining the firm, Jing received her law degree from Columbia Law School and her master of science degree from London School of Economics.

Jing’s experience includes representing: 

  • Verisure, the leading provider of professionally monitored security services in Europe and Latin America, in connection with:
    • Its initial public offering (IPO) and listing of shares on Nasdaq Stockholm; the IPO marks the largest-ever European private equity-backed IPO, one of the largest listings globally in 2025, the largest IPO in Europe in the last two years, and the largest IPO in Sweden in 25 years
    • Its €1 billion 5⅝% / 6⅜% senior secured PIK toggle notes due 2031 and €1 billion 4⅛% senior secured notes due 2032 
  • Azule Energy, the largest independent oil and gas exploration and production company in Angola (by production) and one of the largest in Sub-Saharan Africa (by production), in connection with its US$1.2 million senior notes due 2030, US$850 million 8.250% senior notes due 2031, and US$650 million 8.625% senior notes due 2033
  • The initial purchasers on the issuance of €400 million 5⅝% senior secured notes and €675 million 6¾% senior secured notes due 2030 of INEOS, a multinational chemicals company
  • The initial purchasers in connection with Viridien’s (formally CGG) of US$450 million senior secured notes and €475 million senior secured notes due 2030
  • The initial purchasers in connection with OEG Finance’s 144A/Reg S offering of €465 million 7¼% senior secured notes due 2029 
  • The initial purchasers in connection with Helios Software Holdings. and ION Corporate Solutions Finance’s Reg S/144A repeat issuance of US$500 million 8.750% senior secured notes due 2029 and €300 million 7.875% senior secured notes due 2029
  • The initial purchasers in connection with ION Trading Technologies' Reg S/144A repeat issuance of US$550 million 9.5% senior secured notes due 2029
