    Profile

    Jiange Xiao advises clients in cross-border and domestic intellectual property cases, with a focus on patent litigation matters.

    Jiange litigates and provides strategic counseling in a wide range of fields, including:

    • Consumer products
    • Computer software
    • Medical devices
    • Pharmaceuticals

    Jiange has participated in four trials. Additionally, Jiange has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit analysis, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, dispositive motions, and post-trial motions.

    Jiange represents clients before the United States District Courts, International Trade Commission, and Patent and Trial Appeal Board.

    Jiange served as a judicial intern for Judge Jimmie V. Reyna of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

    Jiange maintains an active pro bono practice, including asylum applications and litigation under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

    • A pharmaceutical company in a BPCIA litigation in the District of New Jersey involving a filtration process*
    • An automation company in a patent infringement suit in the District of New Hampshire involving a robotic system*
    • An equipment manufacturer in an IPR before the Patent Office involving streaming algorithms*
