Jane Guo is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice.
Jane represents sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, credit funds, and other financial institutions across a broad range of financial transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings, refinancings, and other secured lending transactions.
Prior to qualification, Jane trained in the firm’s Hong Kong and London offices, gaining experience in Capital Markets, Corporate, and Data & Technology Transactions, in addition to the Banking & Private Credit Group.
